I've published this chess monograph, "
The Elephant Gambit for Black", in August 2005. This unstapled booklet has the following chess moves:
1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 d5!? with selected 3rd moves for Black. And it also has a coloured softcover with 39 pages full of 85 chess diagrams and 90 completed chess games. The price is $5.40 US and available for sale on the eBay website.
