Sorry about the delay ...

... The reason for the delay was that I had to take time off to focus on the repairs and the renovation of our house after the strong windy and long rainstorm blew off a few loose shingles off our roof and damaged our ceilings. The good news are that we have a new roof, new ceilings, and freshly painted walls. And we are quite pleased with the new look of our house. Okay, it is time to go back to work on converting the rest of my old chess monographs into the new Kindle eBooks!
